The Brief:

This tower rise London property needed updating to modern standards and it lacked the wow factor.

The client undertook this full renovation project but didn't have the expertise to finish this project.

MTM Interiors were brought on board to study the design options for the whole apartment and take over the renovation from scratch, in particular:

- The new modern kitchen

- The new modern bathroom

- The living/dining room

- Staircase refurbishment

- The two bedrooms

- Advice on the furniture and fittings and lighting and electrical layouts

The Result:

The layout now provides this family with the improved space they required to suit their lifestyle. The modern/contemporary style to the joinery and interiors also bring the property up-to-date.

The greatest transformation is to the kitchen and bathroom.
